Quintessential style master Larry Sparks
was the first replacement after Carter
Stanley's death in the legendary Stanley
Brothers band. We suspect here at
Crabgrass that the Honorable Mr. Sparks
may also have moonlighted as the lead
guitarist for the Bad Brains.

The awe inspiring songwriting of this
band has greatly influenced our own
repertoire of original songs. We have
also been driven to research the future
use of pyrotechnics and laser light in
future performances.

Bob-O Bell has unintentionally acquired
the doobiest title "Godfather of Crabgrass"
Through his rigorous mentoring and
training schedule, Crabgrass has been
able to set itself apart from anything
else ever heard by the human ear. His
broadnesss of vision has "rubbed" off on
us and his constantly advancing rub board
style has earned him a new nickname in
professional music circles.
